help

Can someone please tell my why I can't keep a loaf of bread for a week without mold? Why? God forbid I buy hamburger buns with intent to use them the following week, beacuse when I pull them down for dinner-they are green and I just don't understand. Am I missing some hidden bread rule here?

Do you have bread secrets? Can I have them please?

  1. I wish I could help but the same thing happens to me, not with the bread but with the buns everytime. I just keep my bread in a bread box. When I close the bread up I make sure all the air is sorta squeezed out beofre putting the little tie thingy back on. Hope that helps, bread is funny, and hard to keep. Good Luck

  3. I use a bread box too and mine stays somewhat less moldy without it. I have a picky eater for a 5 year old though and bologna sandwiches are a daily staple around here. You know you can freeze bread right? You can take half of the loaf, wrap it tight in Saran Wrap then place it in a freezer quart bag and freeze it. Thaw it out when you're done to a few slices of the old loaf and that might help you a bit? Maybe? Like she said, good luck :)

Let Him dwell within me, ALL of my days. He is my and the only source of real JOY! The world is a liar. Only YOU can decide who you want to be, your identity is either in the world or in Jesus. If it's in Jesus then you are perfect because He is perfect. He atoned for all of our real imperfections. If sin leads to death, why do we chase it? Why do we chase the grave instead of His grace? Me too, it's a daily surrender of my desire for the world. Daily, hourly, minutely. The pull is intense and the struggle is real. Literally. No matter what happens to me, you know your mother's heart chases after Jesus Christ Himself. It is not the path of least resistance. On the contrary. I live my life for Him and through Him because I have already experienced the contrary. It was a state of darkness and death. Absence of light and of love. Of course I want to spare you the suffering of that course but sometimes we must walk through that mire to appreciate Him as he washes it off of us s...
