walkers...and all

SO, we finally bought a high chair for Madison, who until now seemed so big. The foot ledge thingy is seriously 11 inches from her cute little feet. She looks so tiny in this massive thing. BUT! I love it, because she loves it. She just chills out and tosses her toys, one by one onto the wood floors. It never fails to startle me, but it doesn't even phase HER. She is SO cute. Matt and I spend the evenings looking at her and saying things like, "LOOOOK how cute she IS, just LOOOOK" over and over and over again. Other people just don't seem to appreciate her total cuteness the way we do. Such a shame. You should totally see how CUTE this little baby is. Man, oh man..she is so cute. I guess that could get annoying to a non-Madison parent or something.

Oh, and don't get me started on the walker...that I guess some big authority over the internet does not agree with the use of walkers. Due to the wrong muscle development or something..but hey, she goes backwards anyway, so how bad can it be?? I had her in it today, and I stepped onto the back porch for a second and when I turned to look in at her..SHE WAS NOT THERE. MY heart stopped for a second and I could hear my own heartbeat until I scanned the room and found her. It took my brain a minute to process...OH MY GOD, where is MADISON??? To: ah, there she is, just in a totally different spot than where I left her...WAIT??! SHE moved herSELF...but how...? Then I saw her do it, and Oh my goodness was it the funniest thing I ever saw. She kind of jumps up and down and scoots herself backwards all over the place...but not on purpose I don't think. She looks as surprised as I was. It's cute, you just should see how CUTE she is.

Anyway...our real estate agent held and OPEN HOUSE yesterday, featuring a sparkling, clean house...that Matt totally cleaned FOR me...but NO ONE CAME, not a-one. It did begin to rain the second she came to begin...but a down-pour and maybe hail would never, ever keep me from an open house. SO I definitely don't know what is wrong with people. TONS of people have stopped to take a flyer, but no appointments. I am sad. But not really. I will miss our home..but I know we will be happy wherever we go. As cliche as it sounds, it really is true. What? It is. Mostly.

More pictures are coming. (as soon as I can remember where we crammed our camera as we "cleaned" for the open house, which no one attended.)

stay tuned for some news that may be of interest to a select few(who will know who they are, maybe soon)

..continued

Let Him dwell within me, ALL of my days. He is my and the only source of real JOY! The world is a liar. Only YOU can decide who you want to be, your identity is either in the world or in Jesus. If it's in Jesus then you are perfect because He is perfect. He atoned for all of our real imperfections. If sin leads to death, why do we chase it? Why do we chase the grave instead of His grace? Me too, it's a daily surrender of my desire for the world. Daily, hourly, minutely. The pull is intense and the struggle is real. Literally. No matter what happens to me, you know your mother's heart chases after Jesus Christ Himself. It is not the path of least resistance. On the contrary. I live my life for Him and through Him because I have already experienced the contrary. It was a state of darkness and death. Absence of light and of love. Of course I want to spare you the suffering of that course but sometimes we must walk through that mire to appreciate Him as he washes it off of us s...
