You know, when we married I never thought of what life would look like down the road in 5 years, 7, or 15. The seasons of marriage and Parenthood have been rough roads and smooth ones though, I can't really remember what that rough feels like anymore. In THIS season, I am thankful. I am present. I am here. For them, for all of them. I don't have much left to give some days except my catatonic presence, alas I'm still there. Today is a good day. It isn't for frivilous reasons though, not today. I am just basking in the presence of our Lord. He has smoothed all if the rough edges. He's gone before me. I am hemmed in from front to back. I just want to follow Jesus, wherever He takes me. I want my children to KNOW the hearts of their parents are poured out onto the feet of our Precious Jesus.

Madson 6th grade Bball

I always enjoy watching Madison play after she gets mad. She starts getting aggressive and plays even harder. Today was the day she scored a 3 pointer. At the end of the game the coach gave them freedom to foul. Madison bumped a gal sideways so hard she flew into the air and over the audience! Not really, but kind of. We were at the perf angle to see her do it and we really did see the girl fly, just not over the audience..it was awesome..one of our proud moments;)
