Hearts Surrendered

Jesus doesn't withhold love from me when im weak, he lavishes me with more love. Jesus doesn't stop loving me when I'm a mess he loves me in spite of it.  Love is a choice. In good times and bad. If you love wholeheartedly when times are good but withhold love when times are bad, what does that mean? It means your love is flawed. It is a conditional, human kind of love. A love that revolves around self.  A love that puts self first.   It isn't the love Christ modeled.  Lord, may I never love this way. May I always love like you do.   Anything less is a total tragedy.
